Early Morning Swimming

Energise your day with Early Morning Swimming!

Morning swimming is conducted from 6.30am to 8.30am. These mornings are very popular with the lap swimmers with a number keeping track of the number of laps swum for the season. Incentives are given for the most laps swum and milestones along the way.

Not all participants swim laps though. The therapeutic benefit of water based activity is well recognised. All welcome.
